SERVICES CONTRACT TRANSFER |

- If a truck with an active service contract is returned to the dealer (i.e. re-possession), National Truck Protection provides for the temporary suspension of the service contract for a period not to exceed 6 months.
- This suspension will allow for the potential transfer of remaining time and mileage coverage to a subsequent buyer.
- Complete Part 1 of the "Service Contract Transfer Agreement" and Fax to National Truck Protection at (201) 842-6408.
- National Truck Protection will determine remaining coverage limitations, and will, at our discretion, authorize suspended coverage for a maximum of 6 months which allows the Dealer a reasonable amount of time to resell the truck.
- The Suspension Effective Date Will Be No Earlier than the Date The Form is Received by National Truck Protection.
- Complete Part 3 of the "Service Contract Transfer Agreement" and send to National Truck Protection with the payment for transfer to reactivate a suspended contract.
