Winston-Salem, NC — January 20, 2025 — As National Truck Protection (NTP) continues to evolve as a Partner-First–centric organization, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Cluck as Vice President of Variable Operations. Jason will report directly to Craig O’Hare, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, further strengthening NTP’s leadership team and reinforcing its position as the Standard in Commercial Vehicle Protection.
Jason brings more than 21 years of leadership experience in the Class 8 commercial truck industry, with a proven track record in variable operations, dealership performance optimization, and multi-location growth. His appointment supports NTP’s continued focus on scalable execution, operational alignment, and delivering long-term value to its dealer partners.
Jason began his career with Arrow Truck Sales, where he spent over a decade advancing from sales and assistant management roles to leading high-performing locations in Port of Newark (NJ), Philadelphia (PA), and Atlanta (GA). In 2015, he joined Nacarato Truck Centers in Nashville, TN, then a two-location Volvo dealership. During his tenure, Jason played a key leadership role in expanding the organization to 14 locations by 2023, culminating in its acquisition by Vanguard Truck Centers in January 2024. He remained with the organization through August 2025 to ensure a successful transition.
Highly respected across the used truck and OEM communities, Jason is an active member of the Used Truck Association, a former UTA Board member, and has served on numerous Volvo committees, including a three-year term as President of the Volvo Premium Group.
In his role as Vice President of Variable Operations, Jason will be responsible for aligning operational strategy with NTP’s growth initiatives, strengthening execution across variable operations, and partnering closely with leadership to support dealer performance, profitability, and long-term scalability. He will also work directly with Darin Bishop and NTP’s field sales organization to support Heavy Duty Dealer Partners, ensuring consistent execution and scalable growth across the HD channel.
