The next step is to locate a shop and notify us of the breakdown. Using our Servicer Locator, you can locate one of our Preferred Repair Partners. Once there you will need to authorize them to complete a diagnosis and contact us before beginning any repairs.

In the event you need to find a repair facility you may use our Servicer Locator tool. Our Locater will help you locate the closest Preferred Repair Partners shop near you.
Repairs require pre-approval from NTP / Premium 2000. Warranty coverage will not be provided for repairs completed without pre-approval.

Our Preferred Repair Partners shops offer our customers additional benefits unlike our certified shops. A Preferred Repair Partners will offer discounted rates, access to automated approvals, speed and we guarantee their labor on repairs covered by warranty for as long as you are an NTP or Premium 2000 customer.
Are repair facilities who are authorized to perform repair work under your vehicle service contract agreement. They are not a Preferred Repair Shop and we do not guarantee their labor or workmanship on repairs covered by your warranty.
Once all the necessary documentation is provided by the repair facility, a claim representative will review the claim. Depending on the severity of the failure, approval decisions are generally made within the same business day or the next business day. Check the online portal for the claims status.
You will need to pay your deductible to the repair facility once repairs have been completed.
Please refer to your contract for details regarding rental coverage. Not all plans cover rentals. A Rental Voucher will be given once your claim has been approved.
