Repairs require pre-approval from NTP / Premium 2000. Warranty coverage will not be provided for repairs completed without pre-approval.
Certified Repair Shops are repair facilities who are authorized to perform repair work under your vehicle service contract agreement. They are not a Preferred Repair Shop and we do not guarantee their labor or workmanship on repairs covered by your warranty.
